If your kid (or even teenager for that matter) is an avid Minecraft player, you probably want to get them some great Minecraft Birthday Invitations. If you’ve never thrown a themed party before, I highly recommend giving your little crafting enthusiast a chance to experience the beauty of creating an invitation in the making of a game they adore. If you have made an invitation before, consider some of these ideas for making yours look a little more classic.
Since Minecraft is such a popular game, it’s easy to find themes that people love. Two of the most popular are dinosaurs and blocks. You can buy stickers that feature these two things for free and then you can create your Minecraft birthday invitations around them. If you’re throwing a party at your house, why not consider the popular forest theme?
Since I’m a big fan of this game, the best way for me to create themed Minecarts for invitations would be to use a block printer and create my own cards. It doesn’t have to be anything fancy. My dad even makes cool card templates online, which I can print and cut into the sizes of Minecraft blocks I need. This way, I won’t have to worry about the quality of the invites; my guests will be able to put the invitation on their wall and not worry about it breaking.
Minecraft Birthday Invitations
To design your Minecarts in 3D, you need to download a texture pack. There are a ton of them available for download, so you shouldn’t have any trouble finding one that fits your style. You can also just print out paper texture packs from Google. There are a lot of different ones to choose from, and there is even an entire book devoted to the topic! Once you’ve downloaded your texture pack, open up your favorite word processing program and print your invitation. Using a program like Microsoft Word will allow you to enter some text, place the picture where you want it to go, and highlight everything so you can edit it when you’re done.
You can either email your Minecarts or print them out. If you choose to email Minecraft birthday invitations, just make sure that you have an unlimited number of email addresses to send your Minecarts to. Otherwise, all your friends will get the same invitation. Now here comes the tricky part. You don’t want to spam anyone, but you also don’t want to send them any old email. Since most people sign up to online social networking sites such as Facebook or MySpace, you want to make sure that you send out your Minecarts invitations to these groups first.
A Much Ado
What if you don’t have an internet connection at your home? Don’t worry, because there are still some options available for you. First off, you can always go to the local printer and ask them for some Minecraft birthday party pack e-books. These books are usually fairly cheap, and they come with everything you need. Unfortunately, they’re not very easy to read, and the pictures in them aren’t that great of quality, but there’s no harm in giving it a shot.
Another option is to find some free printable Minecraft birthday invitations online. There are websites that offer free printable Minecarts invitations, and you might be able to download a whole bunch of them for just a couple of dollars. However, these free invites are usually not that great quality. So it would be best to use them only for your own party. After all, it’s not your friends’ or family’s party that you’re throwing. It’s simply your kid’s next birthday.
There are other ways to make your Minecraft birthday party invitations really unique though. You could always design the invites yourself. With a bit of assistance from some templates online, and some Microsoft office program (like Pages), creating homemade invitations couldn’t be easier. Just choose a template that you like, copy and paste your own content, and give it a try. If you’re creative enough, you could end up making your own craft theme invitations as well!
